The Process
What I did in this Project.
I worked as a UX/UI Designer in the Arçelik Garage - Innovation Boosters. Within the scope of the project;
I prepared Design Thinking Facilitation Kit and Design Thinking continuing education templates for Arçelik Garage Innovation Boosters to provide Design Thinking Courses to their employees.
This project was made using Miro, Figma and Notion.
Since Design Thinking Workshop project is not yet live, I can't include all the details here. If we meet online or face to face, I can show and explain what I did for the project as a whole.
The Results
Through this project, I understood how to properly transfer all the knowledge of Design Thinking Course to the people involved in the training rather than the product in a project.
I clearly experienced that the Design Thinking method can be used in a variety of settings from product design to organizational change management to create better outcomes for Customers and stakeholders.
It was exciting to be involved in such a project that will impact people.
