The Brief
In the UX SCHOOL ADVANCED UX CASE STUDY, we were asked by our mentor BURÇ TALUĞ (Design Leader, UX Consultant) to design a personalized sports application compatible with smartwatch and the website of this application. The Process
Within the scope of the project;
The website should consist of at least 4 sections as a landing page.
The application should show smartwatch pairing, login, dashboard, activities and activity histories.
The user should be able to access live performance information in the smartwatch application.
Design Process
I researched lots of informationon the target audience and developed strategy. Then ı created a user story. It helped track users’ interactions and understand their behavior while using the app. I developed a design and interactive prototype based previous steps. I was happy with my solutions after runnig the usability test.

During the research phase, ı wanted to achieve a few goals. The main goal for me was to create a platform for all kind of solutions.
Find a way to motivate users for regular exercise to stay fit.
Determine users' most satisfied and biggest frustrations with other apps.
Define why users give up on doing sports.
Understand how to allow people to workout without a coach and achieve the best results.
Define people’s behavior while searching for workouts.

The Results
Based on the teachings of our mentor Burç Taluğ, I created and designed Better from start to finish, conducting the entire research process myself.
Every feature of the Better app is designed to make users' sports experience better. Users can customize and personalize the app according to their goals and preferences.
To enrich the user experience and align with technology, we made it compatible with smartwatches, allowing users to track their data at any time.
We also introduced the concepts of gamification and competition with challenges to motivate users and create loyalty to the app.
